We want you to love your Xero Shoes, which is why we offer a 45-day return policy for any product in unworn, 'like-new' condition. If the fit isn't perfect or you change your mind, we make the exchange and return process simple and transparent.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

    Print Your Label

    Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small fee will be deducted from your refund, or it is free if you choose an exchange or store credit.

    Package Your Shoes

    Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them inside a separate shipping box or poly mailer to ensure the product box remains undamaged.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days of receipt.
